Doh, no- still geeking out on Silent Hill- I had to go though an amusement park haunted house area = lame.

But yeah, that movie sucked too !

Heh, the lam3ness is what actually creeped me out through that area. You're walking over thick metal grates with infinite pits all around, dodging nightmares that move just *wrong*. Then, you're in the only area that seems to be unaffected: a haunted house. The traditional thrills just seem so pale in comparison.

Since it seemed that you didn't like that area, just wait for the carousel. Renew! Renew!

Yeah, it bugged me because...
Well, in contrast to something like (obsessobsessobsess) Pyramid Head, I'm not going to be having any nightmares about being chased by a red light. It's just not scary, despite being vaguely mystereous. Red light kills swiftly and just leaves you as a (not even bloody or wounded) corpse in an empty hall. Big whoop. Pyramid Head stabs or cuts you repetedly and... well I don't even want to think what he or any other monster would do to any main charcter after they are dead!
*shudder*

It's much more fun when my nightmares are given shape!
