Spring break comes to a close.
Mar. 20th, 2005 10:12 pmI'm going to miss spring break. But, happy Spring, all!
*sighs*
I had such a great time- even though I was snowed out, which screwed up a few of my other plans, I really enjoyed spending so much time with Jim, and also Amberlyn and Amy!
I can't possibly try and recap all the wonderful things that happened, but I'll give it a shot anyway, knowing I'll forget something.
Thursday was Amberlyn's St. Patrick's Day party! I haven't been to one of her St. Paddy's Day parties in years, and I'd heared they'd become legendary over the past few years. Ooh it was great! Jim and I ran errands before it and picked up all the booze, haha. It was a great party- I talked to a lot more people than I expected to, and got to see my GM drinky, heh. Also, I discovered the wonder that is an Irish carbomb. Can I say carbomb in my journal without the FBI hunting me down? It's a drink, not an explosive. More like an experiance. HFS YUM. *dork*
Some night, I forgot which, I had awesome lasagna at with Amberlyn, Amy, and Gourney- yay! Their place is pretty!
Saturday night I hung out with Jim and Amy and we got foriegn candies and such at TaLin market and then went to Lollicup, the new boba place. I had a LAVENDER milk tea with boba and it was the BEST BOBA EVAR. It was such a chill little evening. So fun!
Erm, Yesterday I bought what I call the ultimate magpie dice- clear with irridescent holographic glitter. Also, I picked up my copy of "Grave Robbers From Outer Space". Thanks![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
tenax for introducing me to that one! Me, Amberlyn, Jim, and Amy all played it last night while doing major damage to the party leftovers.
DANGER! DANGER! MY ARMS ARE FLAILING! MY ARMS ARE FLAILING!
Other than that, I spent many many comfortable evenings with dear friends and loved ones.
What more could I really ask for?
